To be honest with ourselves about self-identity is extremely hard. It is much easier & safer to identify with labels such as "I am a doctor" or "I am unhappy" True relaxation comes from casting off labels and focusing on only the true, inner self.
Each day, spend five minutes freeing yourself from one of your labels - imagine lifting it off your shoulders like a heavy sack, how much lighter do you feel?
